Three things every business owner we meet is dealing with

If any of these sound familiar, you're not alone, and you're probably not getting the help you need from your current IT setup.

01

IT that costs more every year, but doesn't feel like it's getting better.

More licences, more devices, more bills, same friction. You can't tell whether your IT spend is buying improvement or just keeping the lights on.

"We're paying more than ever but I couldn't tell you what's actually changed."
02

Cyber threats have outgrown the security most providers cover.

Antivirus and a firewall are not enough anymore. Identity threats, supply chain attacks and AI-assisted phishing have raised the bar, and most IT providers haven't moved with it.

"I'm not sure what we're actually protected against, and I shouldn't have to ask."
03

Manual work that quietly eats hours your team can't get back.

Invoices, approvals, onboarding, document handling, repetitive admin. None of it ever makes the ticket queue, but it eats half a week, every week.

"Half my team's job is moving information from one place to another."

These are the three things we exist to fix. Here's how.

Automation that earns its keep, on a foundation of solid IT and security.

Most IT providers sell support and call it a day. We start there, then go further: finding the manual work that's quietly costing you time and money, and automating it away. The numbers come back in your annual review.

Where we go further

Business Automation

Beyond the baseline, we identify the repetitive manual work that drains your team's time, engineer it out, and prove the saving in pounds at your annual review. This is what makes Nimble different from every other MSP you'll meet.

The Foundations

All the IT, security and platform services you'd expect from a serious MSP, delivered as standard.

What our clients say about working with Nimble

Direct quotes from owners and directors who've moved their IT to Nimble. We'd rather let them describe the experience than describe it ourselves.

"For the first time, I actually understand what I'm paying for and what I'm getting from it. The quarterly reviews have changed the conversation completely."
— MD, Professional Services Business
"We're no longer just reacting to problems. Nimble have given us a structured technology environment that we feel genuinely benefits the business, and the confidence that we're making the most of what we have."
— Finance Director, Logistics Business
"The support is fast and the people are genuinely helpful. But what keeps us is the strategy. I like that someone is actually thinking about our IT, not just reacting to it."
— Operations Director, Recruitment Business
"We've saved money, we're more secure, and our team wastes less time on IT problems. I don't know why we didn't do this sooner."
— CEO, SME, South East England
Every story above reflects a real client engagement. If you'd like to speak to one of them before deciding, ask us. We can usually arrange an introduction for serious prospects.

What you get with Nimble

There are plenty of MSPs who will keep your IT working. Fewer who can show you, in pounds, what it's doing for the business. Here's what makes the difference.

Accountable for measurable efficiency, not ticket stats

We don't hide behind response times. At your annual review we show you, in pounds, what your IT has actually changed about the business.

Security and reliability, handled as standard

Endpoint protection, 24/7 EDR and MDR monitoring, immutable backups and Microsoft 365 hardening are part of every package. Not premium add-ons.

Practical automation that removes wasted effort

We don't sell automation as a buzzword. We find specific manual work that's eating hours and engineer it out, with proof in our own production builds to back it up.

A dev team in-house, not just IT engineers

We can build the automation most MSPs only refer out. That's why our delivered work spans telecoms, transport and professional services, not just M365 workflows.

How we work

A simple three-step engagement, every time

No mystery process and no long discovery phases. The same shape for every client, scaled to the size and complexity of the business.

1

Baseline

We confirm your availability and security are solid. If they're not, we fix them. This is the floor everything else stands on, and it's not optional.

2

Find the waste

We map where the friction lives: repetitive admin, manual handoffs, processes that swallow time without showing up on any ticket queue.

3

Improve and prove

We engineer the worst of it out, then track the savings. At each quarterly review we show you what changed and what it's worth.

IT support in Sussex: your questions answered

What does managed IT support include?

Managed IT support covers the day-to-day running of your technology: a responsive helpdesk for your team, proactive monitoring that catches issues early, security, backups, and management of Microsoft 365 and your core systems. With Nimble it also includes automation work to make your business more efficient, and an annual review that shows what your IT delivered.

How much does business IT support cost in Sussex?

Nimble's pricing has two parts, across three service tiers. Support, the full cyber security stack and backup come bundled at £35 per user per month. On top of that sits a platform fee for managing and securing your Microsoft 365 environment, devices and identities. Rather than a flat charge, it scales with the size of your account, so larger teams pay a higher platform fee.

The full breakdown, with an interactive estimator that gives you a monthly figure for your team, is on the pricing page.

Why is your pricing split into a per-user price and a platform fee?

Because it reflects how modern IT actually works. Traditional support was mostly first-line: people raising tickets and waiting for a fix. As we build in more automation, self-service and tooling, fewer of those issues ever need a person, so the per-user support cost comes down.

At the same time, more of the work moves to the platform itself: securing and maintaining Microsoft 365, managing devices and identities, monitoring, patching and the automation running behind the scenes. That effort doesn't scale with headcount, so it belongs in a separate platform fee rather than hidden in a per-seat price. Splitting the two keeps the per-user figure honest and competitive, while the platform fee covers the systems that protect and run your business. As our tooling improves, the balance keeps shifting: lighter-touch support, a platform that does more of the heavy lifting.

Do you support businesses across the whole of Sussex?

Yes. We are based in Eastbourne, with a second office in Crowborough, and we support businesses right across Sussex and the wider South East, from a local team that knows the area.

We already have an IT provider. Is it difficult to switch?

No. We handle the move for you and work to a planned transition, so there is no disruption to your team. Many clients come to us because their previous provider kept the lights on but never improved the business.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

We work with owner-managed and founder-led businesses, typically 15 to 100 staff, across the South East. Our focus is on businesses with significant repetitive admin or process-heavy operations, where our automation work has the most impact.

We have delivered production automation systems in telecoms, transport, professional services and beyond, so the underlying engineering capability isn't tied to a single sector. See the case studies for a sense of what we've built.

How does automation actually save us money?

Automation removes repetitive manual tasks such as rekeying data between systems, chasing approvals or producing routine reports. That gives your team hours back every week and reduces errors. At your annual review we put a pound value on the time saved, so you can see the return.

What accreditations does Nimble hold?

Nimble holds three independently audited accreditations: Cyber Essentials, ISO/IEC 27001 (information security management) and ISO 9001 (quality management).
